Last minute doubts

Here are two scenarios that I am contemplating, I would truly appreciate comments by those that have similar set ups.

1) Multi-head polishing machine
Wizard
Splash Machine
1 Owner/Templater
1 General Manager/Installer
1 installer
2 Installation helpers
1 Shop Foreman
1 saw man
4 fabricators
2 Shop Helpers

2) Single-head polishing machine
Wizard
Splash Machine
1 Owner/Templater
1 General Manager/Installer
1 installer
2 Installation helpers
1 Shop Foreman
1 saw man
4 fabricators
2 Shop Helpers

I do not have the time to learn and (http://maplered.com) train on a CNC machine, nor do I really have the optimal room necessary for the machine. I need "plug-n-play machinery. What I am wondering is what is your square footage per week? I am making my order next week and (http://maplered.com) want to be sure that I will be able to meet my expected quota.
